268.29 War crime—destruction and appropriation of property

(1) A person (the perpetrator) commits an offence if:

(c) the destruction or appropriation is extensive and carried out unlawfully and wantonly; and

1. The Court shall have jurisdiction in respect of war crimes in particular when committed as part of a plan or policy or as part of a large-scale commission of such crimes.
