Chapter 16. Genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes

Section 103. War crimes against persons

Any person is liable to punishment for a war crime who in connection with an armed conflict

(a) kills a protected person,

(a) Grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, namely, any of the following acts against persons or property protected under the provisions of the relevant Geneva Convention:
