§ 1. Whoever with the intent to destroy in whole or in part a national, ethnical, racial or religious group as such,

Genocide
For the purpose of this Statute, "genocide" means any of the following acts committed with
intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
