Section 15
Intent and negligence
Unless the law expressly provides for criminal liability based on negligence, only intentional conduct shall attract criminal liability.
This provision follows the ICC Statute.
Section 15 of the StGB allows for punishment of negligence only if provided by law. The CCAIL does not provide for the punishment of acts committed negligently.
