CHAPTER 2- FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN AND CIVIL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS

Section 16 Every person shall have the right to appeal to a higher instance court against the lawfulness and reasons for depriving him/her of freedom or subjecting to search.
