Article 103. Genocide

Actions, directed on full or partial destruction of national, ethnic, racial or religious groups by means of compulsory transfer of children belonging to one group, to another.

Genocide
For the purpose of this Statute, "genocide" means any of the following acts committed with
intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
