Actions, directed on full or partial destruction of national, ethnic, racial or religious groups by means of
causing serious harm to their health or serious harm to their mental faculties,

Genocide
For the purpose of this Statute, "genocide" means any of the following acts committed with
intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group
