Genocide, that is deliberate acts aimed at complete or partial destruction of a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group by forcible prohibition of the birth of children,

Genocide
For the purpose of this Statute, "genocide" means any of the following acts committed with
intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group
