6. (4) In this section—
"war crime" has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 2 of article 8 of the Rome Statute.

War crimes
2. For the purpose of this Statute, "war crimes" means:
(b) Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in international armed conflict, within the established framework of international law, namely, any of the following acts:
(xiii) Destroying or seizing the enemy's property unless such destruction or seizure be imperatively demanded by the necessities of war
