THE HUMAN BEING AND THE STATE
Article 21
The person of the human being shall be inviolable.
The dignity of the human being shall be protected by law.
It shall be prohibited to torture, injure a human being, degrade his dignity, subject him to cruel treatment as well as establish such punishments.
Article 55
Rights of persons during an investigation
1. In respect of an investigation under this Statute, a person:
(b) Shall not be subjected to any form of coercion, duress or threat, to torture or to any other form of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment
