Article 104. Violation of Norms of International Humanitarian Law Concerning Protection of Civilians and Their Property in Time of War

A person who, in time of war or during an armed international conflict or under the conditions of occupation or annexation and in violation of norms of international humanitarian law, confiscates their property or conducts mass expropriation thereof for purposes other than military necessity ; imposes unjustifiably large contributions and requisitions

2. For the purpose of this Statute, "war crimes" means:
(b) Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in international armed conflict, within the established framework of international law, namely, any of the following acts:
