120 Compensation in case of frivolous or vexatious charges
If on the acquittal of an accused or the dismissal of any charge the District Court is of opinion that the charge was frivolous or vexatious, the Court may order the complainant to pay to the accused in addition to his costs a reasonable sum as compensation for the trouble and expense to which he has been put by reason of the charge.
