Right to life, to physical and mental integrity
ARTICLE 22
(1) The right to life, as well as the right to physical and mental integrity of person are guaranteed.
(2) No one may be subjected to torture or to any kind of inhuman or degrading punishment or treatment.
(3) The death penalty is prohibited.
Article 55
Rights of persons during an investigation
1. In respect of an investigation under this Statute, a person:
