The request

Section 4

A request for legal assistance in Sweden under this Act should contain :

– name and address of the persons implicated in the matter.

2. The request shall, as applicable, contain or be supported by the following:
(b) As much detailed information as possible about the location or identification of any person or place that must be found or identified in order for the assistance sought to be provided
