1. Civil and political freedoms and rights
Article 11
The human right to physical and moral dignity is irrevocable.
Any form of torture, or inhuman or humiliating conduct or punishment, is prohibited. Forced labour is prohibited.
Article 55
Rights of persons during an investigation
1. In respect of an investigation under this Statute, a person:
