CRIMES OF GENOCIDE AND CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

Article 123. Genocide

2. Any person who, publicly and directly, incites the commission of any of the aforementioned acts is punishable with 5 to 15 years imprisonment.

3. In accordance with this Statute, a person shall be criminally responsible and liable for punishment for a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court if that person:
(e) In respect of the crime of genocide, directly and publicly incites others to commit genocide
