General Conditions Concerning the Application of the Provisions of the Criminal Law

§ 10 b

Where any person is prosecuted and punishment has already been imposed on him for the same act in another country, the penalty imposed in this country shall be reduced ac-cording to the extent to which the foreign punishment has been served.
