SOVEREIGNTY OF ANDORRA

Article 3

3.The universally recognized principles of international public law are incorporated into the legal system of Andorra.

Chapter III. International treaties

Article 65

For the purpose of furthering the interests of the Andorran people and of international progress and peace, legislative, judicial and executive functions may be relinquished only to international organizations and by means of a treaty which shall be approved by a majority of two-thirds of the members of the General Council.
