Section 7 Crimes against humanity
(1) Whoever, as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population,
9. severely deprives, in contravention of a general rule of international law, a person of his or her physical liberty,
shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than three years.
Article 7
Crimes against humanity
1. For the purpose of this Statute, "crime against humanity" means any of the following acts when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack:
(e) Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law;
