PERSONS CRIMINALLY LIABLE FOR FELONIES
ARTICLE 17. Principals.
— The following are considered principals :
1. Those who take a direct part in the execution of the act ;
2. Those who directly force or induce others to commit it ;
3. Those who cooperate in the commission of the offense by another act without which it would not have been accomplished.
Article 25
Individual criminal responsibility
3. In accordance with this Statute, a person shall be criminally responsible and liable for punishment for a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court if that person:
(a) Commits such a crime, whether as an individual, jointly with another or through another person, regardless of whether that other person is criminally responsible
