CHAPTER VIB-GENOCIDE

Punishment for genocide
130E. Whoever commits genocide shall
(a) if the offence consists of the killing of any person, be punished with death; or
(b) in any other case, be punished with imprisonment for life or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 20 years.
