63 Senior Magistrate to decide in cases of doubt
Whenever any doubt arises as to the court by which any offence should be inquired into or tried, any court entertaining such doubt may, in its discretion, report the circumstances to the Senior Magistrate, and the Senior Magistrate shall decide by which court the offence shall be inquired into or tried; and such decision of the Senior Magistrate shall be final and conclusive, except that it shall be open to an accused person to show that no court in Tuvalu has jurisdiction in the case.
Article 87
Requests for cooperation: general provisions
1. (a) The Court shall have the authority to make requests to States Parties for cooperation. The requests shall be transmitted through the diplomatic channel or any other appropriate channel as may be designated by each State Party upon ratification, acceptance, approval or accession. Subsequent changes to the designation shall be made by each State Party in accordance with the Rules of Procedure and Evidence.
