SECTION I: PRINCIPLES OF COOPERATION

Art. 3 Central Authority

2 The Central Authority shall have the following responsibilities in particular:
f. It shall forward to the competent authorities requests of the Court to undertake prosecutions in accordance with article 70 paragraph 4 subparagraph b of the Statute.

4. (b) Upon request by the Court, whenever it deems it proper, the State Party shall submit the case to its competent authorities for the purpose of prosecution. Those authorities shall treat such cases with diligence and devote sufficient resources to enable them to be conducted effectively.
