3. Unless otherwise stipulated in this federal law, the provisions of the law on extradition and judicial assistance (ARHG) and of the 1975 Code of Criminal Procedure (StPO) shall apply.

States Parties shall ensure that there are procedures available under their national law for all of the forms of cooperation which are specified under this Part.
