Article 5
Suspect and Accused
The suspect and the accused shall not undergo intimidations or any form of physical or psychological pressure.
Their statements shall be made in a condition of absolute moral freedom.
Article 55
Rights of persons during an investigation
1. In respect of an investigation under this Statute, a person:
