48. Rights on arrest or detention

Everyone has the right on arrest or detention :

(c) to remain silent, except to establish identity, and to be informed of this right ;

Rights of persons during an investigation
1. In respect of an investigation under this Statute, a person:
(a) Shall not be compelled to incriminate himself or herself or to confess guilt
