RELEVANT SECTIONS OF THE IMPLEMENTING LEGISLATION

6. New section 3A

“3A. Other breaches of the Geneva Conventions or Protocols

(3) A person who is guilty of an offence under subsections (1) or (2) shall, on conviction thereof, be liable to imprisonment for seven years.”.
