Art. 10
War crimes against property and other rights

2. Anyone who, in the context of an international armed conflict, contrary to the provisions
of international law, declares abolished, suspended or inadmissible in a court of law the rights and claims of the whole or of a significant part of the population of the adversary, shall be sentenced to a term of incarceration up to 10 years.

2. For the purpose of this Statute, "war crimes" means:
(b) Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in international armed
conflict, within the established framework of international law, namely, any of the following acts:
(xiv) Declaring abolished, suspended or inadmissible in a court of law the rights and
actions of the nationals of the hostile party
