35 Arrested, detained and accused persons

(1) Everyone who is arrested for allegedly committing an offence has the right-

(c) not to be compelled to make any confession or admission that could be
used in evidence against that person

Article 55
Rights of persons during an investigation
1. In respect of an investigation under this Statute, a person:
(a) Shall not be compelled to incriminate himself or herself or to confess guilt
