Article 15
War crimes against property

1. Anyone who, in the context of an international armed conflict or a non-international armed conflict:

(c) Pillages a town or place, even when taken by assault;

shall be punished with a term of imprisonment of 5 to 15 years.

2. For the purpose of this Statute, "war crimes" means:
(e) Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in armed conflicts not of
an international character, within the established framework of international law, namely, any of
the following acts:
