318 (2) In this section, “genocide” means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy in whole or in part any identifiable group, namely,
(a) killing members of the group; or
(b) deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction.

Intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group
Intent to destroy, in whole or in part, other groups
Killing members of the group
