CHAPTER TWENTY-TWO (xxii)CRIMINAL OFFENSES AGAINST THE JUDICIARY
Article 307
(1) Whoever, by force or threat of immediate attack upon the life or limb of a person, escapes from the institution wherein he is placed pursuant to a lawful decision depriving him of liberty shall be punished by imprisonment for three months to three years.
(2) Whoever, by force or threat of immediate attack upon the life or limb of a person or by deceit, enables a person deprived of liberty pursuant to a lawful decision to escape shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment not exceeding one year.
