42. Arrest, detention and fair trial
(2) Every person arrested for, or accused of, the alleged commission of an offence shall, in addition to the rights which he or she has as a detained person, have the right —
(c) not to be compelled to make a confession or admission which could be used in evidence against him or her ;
Rights during investigation - self incrimination
Rights during investigation - not to be subjected to any form of coercion, duress or threat, to torture or to any other form of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment
Rights during investigation - remain silent
Rights during trial - burden of proof
