Article 100. Treatment of Persons Prohibited under International Law
A person who intentionally, by carrying out or supporting the policy of the State or an organisation, persecutes any group or community of persons for political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, sexual or other reasons prohibited under international law ;
