Article 100. Treatment of Persons Prohibited under International Law
A person who intentionally, by carrying out or supporting the policy of the State or an organisation, detains, arrests or otherwise deprives them of liberty, where such a deprivation of liberty is not recognised, or fails to report the fate or whereabouts of the persons ;
