ยง 8. Safeguarding of rights of participants in proceedings
Investigative bodies, Prosecutors' Offices and courts shall :
2) provide the suspect and the accused with a real opportunity to defend themselves ;
Rights during trial - adequate preparation of defence
Rights during trial - raise defences
Rights during trial - unsworn oral or written statement in defence
Rights during trial - disclosure of evidence to defence
