Chapter 15. False testimony
Section 165.
The penalty prescribed in section 163 shall also apply to any person who causes testimony known to him to be false to be given by another person after making an affirmation in a case mentioned in the said section, or who aids and abets thereto.

Corruptly influencing a witness, obstructing or interfering with the attendance or testimony of a witness, retaliating against a witness for giving testimony or destroying, tampering with or interfering with the collection of evidence
