2. Drunkness
Article 68 :
(1) A person who while committing a crime loses his senses and intelligence due to use of intoxication ox narcotic substances, and if this use is made by force or lack of knowledge, shall not bo punished.
(2) If the person mentioned in the above paragraph has not completely lost his senses and intelligence, he shall be punished in accordance with the provision of paragraph 2 of article 67 of this law.
