2. Drunkness
Article 69 :
(1) If a person uses intoxicationg or narcotics substances at his own will and commits a crime, he shall be considered responsible and it will be assumed that he has committed the crime in a state of full senses and intelligence.
(2) If a person deliberately uses intoxicating and narcotic substances for the purpose of committing a crimo, the court shall apply to his case thoprovision of this Law regarding the aggravating conditions.
