Plurality of Crime and Its Effect on Punishment
Article 157 :
It a person has been sentenced to an inconsiderable punishment and, later, because of the commitment of another crime is sentenced to more severe punishment, the latter punishment shall be applied and he would be given credit for the period he has spent in prison for his first conviction.
