Chapter 24. APPEALS FROM THE CIRCUIT COURTS
ยง24.3. Right of appeal by the Republic.
An appeal may be taken as of right by the Republic from :
(a) An order granting a motion by the defendant to dismiss the indictment ; or
(b) An order granting a motion for judgment of acquittal.
