51. Rights of the accused
Everyone charged with an offence has the right :
(e) to have adequate time and facilities for the preparation of his defence and to communicate with and instruct legal counsel of his own choosing ;
Rights during trial - legal assistance
Rights during trial - adequate preparation of defence
Rights during trial - free communication with counsel
Rights during trial - counsel of accused's choosing
