SUSPECT AND DEFENDANT
Article 51
To prepare defense :
a. a suspect has the right to be clearly informed in a language he under¬stands about what has been presumed about him at the start of an examination ;
b. a defendant has the right to be clearly informed in a language he understands about the charge brought against him.
