Section 296.
[Persons Entitled to Appellate Remedy]
(1) Both the public prosecution office and the accused shall be entitled to file the appellate remedies admissible against court decisions .
Appeal against decision of acquittal or conviction or against sentence - national proceedings
Appeal against other decisions - national proceedings
