CHAPTER I
FUNDAMENTAL CRIMES
Article 272.- War Crimes against Prisoners and Interned Persons.
(a) organizes, orders or engages in killings, acts of torture or inhuman treatment or acts entailing dire suffering or injury to prisoners of war or interned persons ;
Killing or wounding a combatant who has laid down his arms and surrendered at discretion - IAC
Killing or wounding a combatant who no longer has means of defence and has surrendered at discretion - IAC
