104. Arrest without warrant by peace officer.
2) Any such person arrested as aforesaid shall be taken, as soon as reasonably may be, before a magistrate to be dealt with according to law; unless he be released on bail, approved by the Commissioner of Police or other authorised member of the police force, under the provi¬sions of the Police Act, or on bail otherwise lawfully authorised .
