Art. 9
War crimes against persons
2. Anyone who, in relation with an international or non international armed
conflict wounds a member of the adverse armed forces or a combatant of the adverse party who, having laid down his arms or having no longer means of defence, has surrendered at discretion, shall be sentenced to a term of incarceration (5-20 years).
Killing or wounding a combatant who has laid down his arms and surrendered at discretion - IAC
Killing or wounding a combatant who no longer has means of defence and has surrendered at discretion - IAC
Killing or wounding treacherously a combatant adversary - NIAC
Violations of laws and customs - IAC
Other serious violations of the laws and customs - NIAC
