268.104 Destroying or concealing evidence
(1) A person commits an offence if the person destroys or conceals evidence with the intention of:
(a) influencing a decision on the institution of a proceeding before the International Criminal Court; or
(b) influencing the outcome of such a proceeding.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 7 years.
