ENFORCEMENT OF SENTENCES AND ORDERS OF THE ICC IN SAMOA

84. Samoa may act as State of enforcement-(1) The Minister may notify the ICC that Samoa is willing to allow persons who are ICC prisoners as a result of being sentenced to imprisonment by the ICC to serve those sentences in Samoa, subject to any conditions specified in the notification.
(2) The Minister shall, before issuing a notification under subsection (1), consult with any other relevant Minister.
