Interpretation—

(1)In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—

"ICC prisoner'' means a person who is—

(a)sentenced to imprisonment by the ICC; or

(b)the subject of a request by the ICC under section 171(1)(b) to be held in custody during a sitting of the ICC in New Zealand
